Universal Design for Learning and Educational Technology for Engagement (Online)

This workshop is designed to equip Teaching Assistants with effective strategies for creating inclusive and engaging online learning environments using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and educational technology. Participants will delve into the core UDL principles, including providing multiple means of engagement, representation, and expression, and explore their application in virtual settings.

The session will introduce a variety of technology tools that enhance student interaction, address diverse learning needs, and foster accessibility in online education. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants will develop the skills to implement engaging, technology-supported teaching practices that ensure equitable learning opportunities for all students.
