TATP Course Design/Re-Design Institute Application Form
APPLICATION & REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Step 1: Application form submitted. Please note that once admitted to the Institute, all individual participants must then submit an individual online registration form.
Deadline for applications: MONDAY, May 23rd, 2017.
Step 2: Successful applicants to be notified of admittance to Institute by FRIDAY May 26th, 2017. A link to a confirmation registration form & pre-course survey will then be emailed to individual applicants and Team Leads. All successful registrants will subsequently be sent important pre-course preparation tasks, a minimum of one week prior to the Institute.
Step 3: Confirmation registration forms submitted by applicants.
Deadline for confirmation of registration: Wednesday, May 31st, 2017.
Confirmation forms not received by this date will result in removal from the Institute.
